The Coffee
Our freshest arrival from Central America is a Honey processed coffee from Honduras. This coffee has a bright and bold flavour profile, with bright notes of a medley of juicy tropical fruits & sweet honeycomb.
This coffee is a great all rounder due to the balance of the flavours, so however you make your brew this will be worth a try!

The Process - Honey
The honey process is growing in popularity in the coffee scene due to the bold but balanced flavour profiles it produces.
The honey process involves only washing the outer layer of the cherry off, and leaving the rest to dry naturally. It is then fully washed and dried. This method is extremely common in Brazil, however more growing regions are opting to use the honey process due to its great results.
